Monthly Meditation Practice

What if Meditation wasn’t something you had to struggle with? What if stillness could arise naturally—without effort? This is Inner Stillness, one of the Meditation practices will explore in March.

Inner Stillness is a powerful yet simple Meditation practice that shifts your mental state effortlessly. When the body becomes motionless, something remarkable happens:

✺   Your mind follows. Mental chatter fades, and you become deeply present.
✺  Your nervous system shifts. Stress and anxiety dissolve as deep relaxation takes over.
✺  You experience a new kind of awareness. A profound sense of peace, clarity, and effortless stillness.

Most Meditation techniques tell you to focus on something to stay present. But in this practice, focus is only a stepping stone—one that leads you into the heart of stillness itself.

Who is this for ?

These monthly practice sessions are great for those brand new to meditation, those who feel they “can’t meditate”,  and those who are experienced.

They are designed for anyone who wants to:
  • learn more about Meditation and Pranayama (breathwork)
  • improve clarity and focus
  • calm the effects of stress, anxiety, or overwhelm on your nervous system
  • maintain greater emotional and mental balance and harmony in life
  • experience different kinds of meditation and breathing practices and discover which suits you best
  • develop the consistent practice necessary to reap the lasting benefits of meditation
  • Enhance health and well-being in all areas

 

What to expect?

To encourage consistent practice which is necessary to build sustainable results, and to support personalized guidance for those who value it, these group sessions are offered as a monthly series. You can sign up for 1 month at a time. Daytime and evening classes are offered.

You will have access to recorded meditations in addition to the live sessions.

All practice sessions will be guided by Gyanpriya.

Sessions are held live and online in the Art of Meditation portal. Come as you are. : )

I’ll be available for 15–20 minutes after each session for group Q&A and discussion. If you only have 30 minutes, you’re welcome to leave after the guided practice.
