Introduction to Meditation
A four-week private series designed to help you learn the foundations of Meditation and breathwork in a way that’s personal, practical, and live – not pre-recorded.
You’ll explore your natural breathing rhythm and learn how to shift it in a way that calms the nervous system and supports your daily life. (it’s not what Google or ChatGPT will likely advise you to do 😉)
We’ll also look at the common myths and misunderstandings about Meditation – what it is, what it isn’t, and how to set up a practice that actually works for you.
Each session includes a guided Meditation and time for discussion or questions. You can join solo or with a partner.
