Gyanpriya seamlessly integrate gentle Yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation & mindfulness practices to uplift physical, mental, and emotional well-being. In her personal life, Gyanpriya turns to Yoga and meditation to ease life’s challenges, better handle stress and negative emotions, bring clarity to decisions, and promote overall health and vitality. These practices calm her nerves, quiet her mind, and instill a sense of peace.

In addition to mindful breathing, she values the simple pleasures that surround her, finding beauty in the song of a bird, the scent of the ocean, the earth beneath her feet, the shape of a flower, and the words of a poem.

I embarked on my journey into Yoga and Meditation more than two decades ago, prompted by a transformative healing encounter with Ayurveda, Yoga, and Meditation. These practices not only remedied a severe thyroid condition but also influenced my approach to personal wellness.

That experience was the beginning of a new spiritual journey that lead to my initiation into an ancient lineage of Yoga and Meditation masters. Through this lineage, I discovered that Meditation includes mindfulness practices and stands as the pinnacle of Yoga practice, and the principles of Yoga offer a solid foundation for personal health and well-being.

I have been sharing the gifts of Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation for nearly 20 years. My journey spanned from the ascetic life of monasticism in India to the rugged mountains of Australia, and a traditional Yoga Meditation academy in the Midwest USA. These unique experiences allowed me to imbibe what I learned and apply this ancient wisdom to my daily life with greater ease, clarity, and sense of purpose.
